Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to JLS Marketing Concepts, 4884 Higbee Ave NW Suite 200 Canton, OH 44728.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to JLS Sales Academy, accessible from https://www.jlssa.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason on any virtual training module as long as none of the course material was opened or viewed. There is a 10% cancellation fee.
You can cancel or reschedule any in-person training up to 20 days prior to the event date. There is a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee can be applied to the purchase price of other offers with JLS Sales Academy within six months following the cancellation date. There is a 100% cancellation fee if an in-person event is cancelled within 19 days of the event date. The cancellation fee can be applied to the purchase price of other offers with JLS Sales Academy within six months following the cancellation date. There is no charge for rescheduling an in-person event.
In order to exercise “Your right of cancellation”, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
